Breastie Boxes Raises $321,488.77 at 2026 Pinch of Pink Fundraising Event

An unforgettable evening of generosity and hope supports Breastie Boxes' mission to bring comfort and encouragement to breast cancer patients.

FORT WAYNE, IN – October 8, 2026 – Breastie Boxes is thrilled to announce that its 2026 Pinch of Pink fundraising event raised an incredible $321,488.77! Held on Thursday, October 1, at Kruse Plaza in Auburn, Indiana, the event brought together more than 600 guests, generous sponsors, local businesses, and supporters for an unforgettable evening dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those facing breast cancer.

The evening was filled with generosity, excitement, and a shared commitment to supporting individuals throughout their breast cancer journeys. From the live and silent auctions to sponsorships and heartfelt donations, the community showed up in an extraordinary way.

"We are truly blown away by the generosity of our community," said Erica Hyatt, Founder of Breastie Boxes. "Pinch of Pink is so much more than a fundraising event. It's a reminder that no one should have to face breast cancer alone. Every sponsor, donor, volunteer, and guest played a part in making this night possible, and we couldn't be more grateful."

Founded in October 2022, Breastie Boxes was inspired by Hyatt's personal breast cancer journey. What began in a closet in her home has grown into a nonprofit organization providing thoughtfully curated care packages to breast cancer patients across the country and beyond. With four different boxes designed for various stages of the journey—including diagnosis, surgery, treatment, and support for men—Breastie Boxes continues to share comfort, hope, confidence, and joy, one box at a time.

The success of Pinch of Pink allows Breastie Boxes to continue expanding its reach, providing meaningful support, and reminding patients that they are seen, loved, and supported during some of life's most challenging moments.

Breastie Boxes extends a special thank-you to its leading sponsors, Steel Dynamics, Inc. (SDI), Herald Family Foundation, Diskey Signs, Two-EE's Winery, and Edward C. Levy Company. Their generosity, partnership, and commitment to the mission played an important role in making this year's event such an incredible success. The organization is deeply grateful for their support and for the many other businesses and individuals who helped bring Pinch of Pink 2026 to life.

As Breastie Boxes celebrates its fourth anniversary this October, the organization looks forward to another year of growth, meaningful partnerships, and opportunities to bring comfort and encouragement to even more patients.

"Our community is the reason we're able to do what we do," Hyatt added. "We are incredibly grateful for the continued generosity and support that allows us to reach more patients each year. We truly couldn't do this without the people and businesses who believe in our mission."

Breastie Boxes extends its heartfelt gratitude to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, attendee, and business that helped make Pinch of Pink 2026 an incredible success.
