‘A Pitch of Pink’ Hits a Home Run

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — What an incredible evening at this year's Pitch of Pink event! We were honored to be selected by the Fort Wayne TinCaps as the Nonprofit of the Night, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to share our mission with the community.

This year marked our third annual Pitch of Pink event, and we were thrilled to welcome approximately 80 attendees for an evening of baseball, community, and support. The night brought together breast cancer survivors, supporters, caregivers, and advocates to celebrate, connect, and raise awareness for those impacted by breast cancer.

The weather started out beautifully, though it turned a bit chilly as the evening went on. But the cooler temperatures didn't stop everyone from enjoying the game and spending time together. The evening ended with an amazing fireworks display that lit up the sky and provided the perfect ending to a memorable night.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Fort Wayne TinCaps for selecting Breastie Boxes as the Nonprofit of the Night. We are honored by their support and grateful for the opportunity to share our mission with fans throughout the ballpark.

To everyone who purchased tickets, attended the game, donated, or helped spread the word—thank you. Your support allows us to continue providing comfort, encouragement, and community to individuals facing breast cancer.

As we celebrate three years of Pitch of Pink, we're reminded of the power of coming together for a cause that touches so many lives. We are incredibly grateful for this community and look forward to continuing this special tradition for years to come.

Until next time, thank you for helping us knock it out of the park!
